The “Six Strikes” Copyright Alert System Is Apparently Not Very Effective.

Here’s a post on Uproxx from fellow Cracked alumni and internet pal Dan Seitz on the subject. A research team has been downloading and seeding torrent content since the implementation of the plan, making no effort to disguise their IP address or block copyright tracking services, and as of yet has not been cited with even one warning.
